A story about How communities Are winning the fight against a tar sands PIPELINE in THE GREAT BEAR RAINFOREST
Unceded Lines is a documentary about the place-based struggle between First Nations and local communities against international oil companies in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia. The focus of the story is the proposed Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline, which is designed to carry tar sands oil from central Alberta to Kitimat, BC.
The narrative will be told through the eyes of our team, interviews with community members, visits to First Nations' camps and a mid-winter traverse of the proposed ENGP pipeline across Canada’s Coastal Range.
